Yes. When you want to move, your vehicle is needed at your destination sooner rather than later. Also, it is a valuable item and you want to make sure it is in good hands. Therefore, we will notify you at 3 stages of the journey.

Booking confirmation – once you have booked and paid the freight fee, we will book it in with our carriers and notify you via email. The email usually includes booking confirmation and an ETA. If we need any further information from you, we will give you a call before booking. If you aren’t available to pick up at the time, we will leave a voicemail and send an email too.

Call before pick-up – you need a heads up before a truck shows up to pick up the vehicle. We understand that. We instruct the truck driver to call at least 1 hour before turning up. During that conversation, you may discuss the best time that suits both parties.

Call before delivery – you also need a heads up before delivery. We instruct the truck driver to call at least 1 hour before scheduled delivery.

Unexpected delays – you may be wondering where your vehicle is at any stage. What’s taking so long? Have we gone over the ETA? You are welcome to give us a call at any time during working hours. We will call our dispatch team to track it down and respond that same day with an update. If at any point we are aware that it may take significantly longer than expected, we will inform you.
