Retail Waiver
Protection from a potential shortfall if the vehicle is a total loss.
If the Vehicle becomes a Total Loss before the Agreement has been repaid in full and we receive a Payment for the Vehicle under the Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy, You will not have to pay any shortfall between the Balance Outstanding and the Total Loss Payment *unless that shortfall exceeds $5,000.
